2.Personalized Design Consultation
We’ll assign you a dedicated merchandiser (your main point of contact) and you’ll work closely to iron out the specifics of your order—from quantities to customization preferences. If design ideas are still forming, our creative team can provide inspiration and draft designs based on current trends and your preferences.
3.The Sampling Process
In just 2 weeks, we provide you with a sample based on your specifications. After reviewing it for quality and design, you can request any adjustments. Once you’re happy with it, we move forward with scheduling production.
4.Order Confirmation & Payment Setup
After finalizing the order specifics, payment terms are set with a 30% deposit required to start production, and the remaining 70% due prior to shipment. Larger orders may be eligible for alternative payment options such as CAD or L/C.
5.Start of Production
Your order enters production, maintaining a 6-week timeline while staying true to the approved specifications at top-tier quality through rigorous inspections during and after production.
6.Shipping Made Simple
Choose the best delivery method for your order. We provide land freight for regional orders, air cargo for urgent & small-sized orders (up to 20,000 pairs), and ocean freight for container-sized shipments starting at 20ft combined with a free upgrade to CIF terms for neighboring regions (Europe, North Africa, and the Gulf). We take care of all customs paperwork, shipping logistics, and tracking updates for a hassle-free delivery experience.
